Invite others to a netmeeting

This function is only available in BINGOOO professional and BINGOOO corporate

With the BINGOOO Messenger, you can invite others to join a netmeeting in BINGOOO. To work, it is necessary that people who want to communicate in BINGOOO via Netmeeting have installed "Windows netmeeting". Apart from that, required components include a large bandwidth, soundcard, installed microphone and – if desired – a tele-camera for tele-conferencing.

How it works:

1. In the Messenger panel, you can mark the buddy you want to invite to a netmeeting.
2. Click the right mouse-key while standing in the Messenger panel, in order to call up the menu with Messenger commands.
3. In the context menu, click on the command Netmeeting Call. The window Instant Message with the automatically generated invitation will be called up. Sender and addressee are entered automatically. You can enter further comments in the text field.
4. Click on the button Send. Your partner will now get an invitation to join the netmeeting.


Attention:
The Windows Netmeeting Service does not belong to the standard equipment. It may happen that you have to install this option first. Therefore, click on the startmenu / settings / control panel. Here, double click on the software icon. In the dialogue Properties click on the register Windows Setup. In the directory shown, click on Connection and then on the button Details. In the new dialogue Connections you can click on the option Netmeeting. Verify your choice with OK. It may happen that you have to use the Windows Setup-CD for the installation. When the installation is complete, you will have to restart your PC. Afterwards, you can use the netmeeting function in BINGOOO.
